PREPARATION

Raw material is selected and thoroughly cleaned under stringent criteria in order to maintain consistent quality. Materials are then prepared under close supervision of the professional QA team according to GMP guidelines and customer specifications.

 

 

 

 

 

FREEZING

Raw material that is well-prepared and up to standard will be frozen using state-of-the-art technology to preserve quality for longer shelf life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PACKING

Frozen products are consistently kept in temperatures of -18° Celsius or below. Items will be placed into packaging required by customers. Thai Patana Frozen is capable of accommodating various types of packaging from retail sizes to foodservice and industrial sizes (ex: 600-kg tote bin).

 

 

 

 

 

 

STORAGE

Products that have been packed will be organized and stored in temperatures below -18° Celsius. Products will be classified by production date and will be ready for shipment and order fulfillment.
